Elementary School
This period will mark the time your preschoolers finally put on their formal uniform. The little children that you used to take to school as babies will now learn to become a better part of society. While it may be bittersweet to see them grow, you will be able to see clearer who your children can become in the future and help nurture them.
Being an SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama) School, all MIS elementary campuses are authorized to offer international level curriculum side by side with the Indonesian National Curriculum, providing all our students with a globally-recognized, reassuringly independent, and seamless route to success - both in and out of the classroom, at university and beyond.
The National Curriculum of Indonesia is utilized to ensure our students a geographically and culturally relevant education experience. The curriculum focuses on developing well-rounded students with a firm intellectual foundation, 21st century skills, and international mindedness.
The school employs a variety of teaching methods to achieve our learning objectives, including the constructivist approach, an educational philosophy based on an understanding that people build their knowledge and understanding through meaningful experiences. The school also implements inquiry-based learning, a method of teaching and learning that increases intellectual engagement by challenging students to not only remember and repeat information, but find and use it appropriately as well.
